Product images are intended to provide a representation of the finished artwork or kit. The appearance of a completed diamond painting may differ slightly from digital artwork, mockups, photographs, or website previews because artwork is converted into a drill-based design.

5. Diamond Painting Artwork and Rendering

Diamond painting artwork is converted into a grid of individual drills.

The final appearance may vary depending on:

• Canvas size
• Drill shape
• Number of colors
• Rendering process
• Artwork complexity
• Viewing distance
• Manufacturing tolerances

Larger canvas sizes generally allow more visual detail than smaller sizes.

Product previews, digital artwork, rendered images, and mockups are provided to help customers understand the design but are not guarantees that every detail will appear identically on the physical canvas.

6. Drill Types

Where offered, customers may be able to choose between different drill types, including round and square drills.

Drill appearance, material, facet pattern, fit, and finish may vary depending on the selected product and manufacturing process.

Any special drills included with a product will be identified on the applicable product page when available.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Changing a product’s price does not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for unless a pricing or technical error occurred.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other fees may be calculated and displayed during checkout where applicable.

Promotional pricing and discounts may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates.

Because many Eleven Lilacs products are made to order, changes may not be possible after production begins.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests submitted before production begins.

However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.

Any cancellation or refund eligibility is also subject to our applicable Refund & Return Policy.

12. Made-to-Order Products

Many Eleven Lilacs products are made to order.

This means the product is prepared or manufactured after your order is placed rather than being held as ready-to-ship inventory.

Production generally requires approximately:

1–2 weeks

unless a different production estimate is stated on the product page.

Production times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by order volume, manufacturing delays, holidays, product availability, quality-control issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Pre-Orders

Certain products may occasionally be offered as pre-orders.

Pre-order items are products purchased before they are ready for standard fulfillment.

Estimated production or availability dates shown for pre-orders are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-orders may require approximately:

3–4 weeks before shipment.

Pre-order timelines may change due to production, inventory, manufacturing, or transportation delays.

Any cancellation or refund rules applicable to pre-orders will be governed by the policy displayed at the time of purchase and our applicable Refund & Return Policy.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping information and estimated delivery timeframes are provided in our Shipping Policy.

For many made-to-order products, production generally requires approximately 1–2 weeks before shipment.

After shipment, delivery typically requires approximately 1–2 additional weeks, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Customs processing
• Transportation disruptions
• Holiday volume
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• International shipping procedures
• Local delivery conditions

Eleven Lilacs is not responsible for carrier delays that occur after an order has been transferred to the shipping provider, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you discover an error, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

Eleven Lilacs does not control customs agencies or their processing times.
