When will my order ship?

Most of our diamond painting kits are made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and local postal service.
How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Why isn't my tracking updating?

Some international shipping carriers don't provide frequent tracking updates, and occasional delays between scans are normal.

Your tracking number is still active, and updates will appear as your package moves through the shipping network.
My package says "Delivered," but I can't find it.

Before contacting us, please check:

  • Your mailbox or package locker
  • Apartment office or mailroom
  • Front porch, side door, or back entrance
  • Household members or neighbors

Some carriers leave packages in secure or hidden locations. We also recommend waiting 24–48 hours, as packages are occasionally marked delivered before they arrive.
Are packages insured after delivery?

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility generally transfers to the recipient.

We recommend monitoring your tracking information and retrieving your package promptly, especially if you live in an apartment or shared delivery location.
Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, but please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes can only be made before your order enters production or ships. Once processing has begun, we may no longer be able to update the shipping address.
Do you use poured glue or double-sided adhesive?

Our standard canvases use premium poured glue, which offers excellent durability, flexibility, and ease of use.

Double-sided adhesive canvases are available upon request for customers who prefer that style.
What's the difference between poured glue and double-sided adhesive?

Poured Glue

  • Softer and more flexible canvas
  • Easier to flatten
  • Less prone to bubbles and wrinkles
  • Preferred by most diamond painters

Double-Sided Adhesive

  • Uses an adhesive film instead of liquid glue
  • Can occasionally develop bubbles or creases
  • Preferred by some experienced crafters who enjoy its firmer feel
What comes in my diamond painting kit?

Each kit typically includes:

  • Premium adhesive canvas
  • High-quality drills
  • Diamond painting pen
  • 3pcs Multi-tip placer
  • Putty

  • Pre-cut label stickers
  • Tweezer
