Description

Some stories are even sweeter when shared with someone you love.

The Sydney and Stripes Snuggles & Stories Diamond Painting Kit captures a tender moment between Sydney and her beloved tabby cat, Stripes, as they enjoy a peaceful afternoon surrounded by books, sunshine, and the comforts of home.

Dressed in an oversized cream sweater, Sydney relaxes against fluffy pink pillows with a lavender book resting in her hand. Her long brunette hair falls softly over her shoulders, while delicate heart-shaped jewelry adds a familiar touch to her cozy look.

Snuggled comfortably in her arms, Stripes has already decided that storytime is the perfect opportunity for a nap. With his little paws stretched out and his eyes gently closed, he looks completely content beside his favorite person.

Warm golden sunlight pours through the window, illuminating colorful bookshelves, soft lavender curtains, blooming flowers, and delicate string lights. A steaming mug and flickering candle complete the inviting little reading corner.

Soft blush pink, warm peach, creamy ivory, and rich chocolate brown give the scene its comforting glow, while the purple book and cozy blankets add a dreamy touch.

Sydney may have a few more chapters to finish, but Stripes has already found his happy ending—curled up exactly where he belongs.

Frequently asked questions

When will my order ship?

Most kits are made to order. Production is usually 1–2 weeks, followed by transit time. Pre-orders may take 3–4 weeks.

How long does shipping take?

After production is complete, shipping generally takes 1–2 weeks. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier conditions, weather, and holiday volume.

What if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

Please check the following locations first:

  • Your apartment office or mailroom

  • Package lockers

  • Neighbors or household members

  • Front, side, and back entrances

  • Other secure locations around your home

Carriers occasionally place packages in protected delivery areas. You may also contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details.

Are packages insured against theft after delivery?

Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility generally transfers to the recipient and delivery location. We recommend monitoring your tracking closely and retrieving your package promptly, especially at apartments and shared delivery locations.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update your address before production or shipping begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is already being prepared or has shipped.

What is the difference between poured glue and double-sided adhesive?

Poured glue canvases are generally softer, more flexible, and easier to flatten. They also allow slight drill repositioning during the painting process.

Double-sided adhesive canvases provide a firmer adhesive surface but may be more sensitive to bubbles or creases. The best choice often comes down to personal preference.

Are the symbol charts easy to follow?

Each canvas includes a printed symbol legend designed to help you match every symbol with its corresponding drill color. Symbols and colors may vary by design, size, and rendering.

Are the kits suitable for beginners?

Yes. Diamond painting is beginner-friendly and does not require previous art experience. Larger areas of color blocking and round drills are often especially comfortable for first-time painters.

What if my kit arrives damaged or something is missing?

Please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and help arrange an appropriate solution, such as replacement drills, tools, or a replacement kit when applicable.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Because kits are made to order, cancellation may no longer be possible after production has begun.

What comes in my diamond painting kit?

Each kit includes the printed canvas, the required drills, a tray, a diamond-painting pen with multi-placers, putty, and a thank-you card.

Do you offer round and square drills?

Drill shape depends on the product. Check the drill-shape choices on the product page before adding a kit to your cart.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability and delivery estimates are shown during checkout for the destination entered.

Can I track my order?

After your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout.
