All items at Eleven Lilacs are made to order, which means we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Shipping delays caused by the courier
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Item arrives damaged
- Item is incorrect (wrong design or size)
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item.
We will review your case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Orders already in production
- Minor color differences due to screen settings
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may begin and cancellations or changes may not be possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.
We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
