Order Processing
Most orders are made to order and require a production time of 1–2 weeks before they are shipped.
During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional events, production times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping & Transit Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to factors outside of our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes during holidays
- Local postal service delays
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.
If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location.
- Asking household members or neighbors.
- Contacting your local postal carrier.
- Waiting 24–48 hours, as some packages are marked delivered before they arrive.

International Shipping
